This paper introduces the purpose, system composition, model establishment and system functions of the energy saving evaluation system for coal moisture control process,and also proposes the energy saving technical index for performance coefficient and energy efficiency coefficient as well as the economical index of dynamic recycling period,which has provided scientific evaluation for the coal moisture control process.
