对运转过程中出现的结露、清灰阀垫片频繁损坏、布袋使用寿命短、局部阴燃等除尘劣化问题进行了分析,并采取了使用模瓣式蒸汽套管保温装置,在除尘气包入口增设减压阀,适当加大风量,降低烟气含水率等措施,有效解决了存在的问题.
對運轉過程中齣現的結露、清灰閥墊片頻繁損壞、佈袋使用壽命短、跼部陰燃等除塵劣化問題進行瞭分析,併採取瞭使用模瓣式蒸汽套管保溫裝置,在除塵氣包入口增設減壓閥,適噹加大風量,降低煙氣含水率等措施,有效解決瞭存在的問題.
대운전과정중출현적결로、청회벌점편빈번손배、포대사용수명단、국부음연등제진열화문제진행료분석,병채취료사용모판식증기투관보온장치,재제진기포입구증설감압벌,괄당가대풍량,강저연기함수솔등조시,유효해결료존재적문제.
This paper analyzes the causes for the problems of deduster including dew formation, frequent damage of gasket for dust cleaning valve,reduced service life of filter bag and partial smolde-ring etc. , and adopts countermeasures including using flap type steam bushing insulation device, adding pressure reducer at inlet of deduster air bag,properly increasing fan flow,reducing emission moisture etc. ,which has effectively solved the problems.
