根据煤气主管压力调节阀的特性曲线,构建出压力调节阀改变量的数学模型,并在此模型的基础上,针对调节阀的特性及焦炉加热系统的工艺要求,利用前反馈的控制方法消除系统的阶跃干扰,使得回炉煤气主管压力能够稳定在给定压力上,系统现场运行效果良好.
根據煤氣主管壓力調節閥的特性麯線,構建齣壓力調節閥改變量的數學模型,併在此模型的基礎上,針對調節閥的特性及焦爐加熱繫統的工藝要求,利用前反饋的控製方法消除繫統的階躍榦擾,使得迴爐煤氣主管壓力能夠穩定在給定壓力上,繫統現場運行效果良好.

According to the characteristics curve of the pressure control valve on gas main pipe,this paper establishes a mathematical model of variables of pressure control valve. On that basis,step dis-turbance of the system is removed with feed-forward control method according to the characteristic of control valve and process requirement of coke oven heating system,so that the pressure of recycled gas main pipe could be stabilized at the prescribed value,and the system has been well operated at site.
