目的：探讨经皮椎间孔镜与显微内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床应用效果。方法选取80例LDH患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，分别给予经皮椎间孔镜治疗和显微内窥镜治疗，观察2组手术情况、术后腰痛疼痛、腰椎功能和并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量为（13.7±3.5）mL、住院时间为（7.2±1.5）d，均明显少于对照组的（86.7±32.4）mL、（12.7±3.7）d（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率7.5%，明显低于对照组的20.0%（P＜0.05）。结论经皮椎间孔镜治疗LDH疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床应用推广，但需保证手术适应证。
목적：탐토경피추간공경여현미내규경치료요추간반돌출증（LDH）적림상응용효과。방법선취80례LDH환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각40례，분별급여경피추간공경치료화현미내규경치료，관찰2조수술정황、술후요통동통、요추공능화병발증발생정황。결과관찰조술중출혈량위（13.7±3.5）mL、주원시간위（7.2±1.5）d，균명현소우대조조적（86.7±32.4）mL、（12.7±3.7）d（P＜0.05）；관찰조술후병발증발생솔7.5%，명현저우대조조적20.0%（P＜0.05）。결론경피추간공경치료LDH료효학절，안전가고，치득림상응용추엄，단수보증수술괄응증。
Objective To observe the clinical application effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy and microendoscopic discectomy treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 80 cases with LDH were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy, and the control group was treated with microendoscopic discectomy. The operation condition, lumbago and lumbar function after operation, and complications of two groups were compared.Results In the observation group, the bleeding amount was (13.7±3.5) mL, and the length of stay was (7.2±1.5) d, which was less than that of the control group, (86.7±32.4) mL and (12.7±3.7) d (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications after operation in the observation group was 7.5%, which was evidently lower than that of the control group (20.0%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy treating LDH not only has exact effect, but also is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application, but it needs to ensure operation indications.
