《中华人民共和国无线电频率划分规定》是我国划分无线电频率的法定依据,为充分、合理、有效地利用无线电频谱资源,保证无线电业务的正常运行,防止各种无线电业务、无线电台站和系统之间的相互干扰提供了依据.本文从新版无线电划分规定入手,对我国无线电频率划分的现状进行的阐述,介绍了划分原则,分析的划分依据,列举了典型的无线电业务频率使用情况.

"The People's Republic of China Regulations on the Radio Frequency Allocation" are the legal basis for our country allocating the frequency. Considering to use the radio spectrum resources rationally and effective and ensure the normal operation of the radio business and prevent the mutual interference between the various radio communication services, the Regulations are provided to the radio station and the radio system as the basis.This paper starts the present situation of our radio frequency allocation, introduces the allocation principles and analysis the allocation basis then and lists the typical business situation of radio frequency at last.
