目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对急性脑梗死患者脂质代谢的影响效果.方法收集我院2012年4月至2015年1月收治的急性脑梗死患者80例前瞻性研究且随机分为两组,每组40人,对照组患者给予口服阿托伐他汀片,实验组患者在以上基础上加服普罗布考,比较两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C水平变化.结果对照组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C水平与治疗前组内比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C水平与治疗前组内比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C水平组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对急性脑梗死患者脂质代谢的影响效果显著,具有借鉴性.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol on lipid metabolism in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods 80 cases of ACI in our hospital from April 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given atorvastatin for oral administration, patients in experimental group were given probucol on the basis of control group.Compared the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of two groups before and after treatment.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels ofTC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C before and after treatment in both two groups (P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C after treatment between two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with probucol has significant effect on lipid metabolism in patients with ACI, worthy of clinical application.
