目的：探讨个性化护理对耐多药肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响。方法回顾性选取2012年10月至2014年10月吉林省结核病医院收治的耐多药肺结核患者142例，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各71例。对照组患者采用临床常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上开展个体化护理，比较两组患者护理后的治疗依从性。结果观察组患者的规律用药、定期检查、合理饮食、积极锻炼评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论个性化护理能明显提升耐多药肺结核患者的治疗依从性。
목적：탐토개성화호리대내다약폐결핵환자치료의종성적영향。방법회고성선취2012년10월지2014년10월길림성결핵병의원수치적내다약폐결핵환자142례，안수궤수자표법장환자분위대조조화관찰조，각71례。대조조환자채용림상상규호리，관찰조환자재대조조기출상개전개체화호리，비교량조환자호리후적치료의종성。결과관찰조환자적규률용약、정기검사、합리음식、적겁단련평분균명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론개성화호리능명현제승내다약폐결핵환자적치료의종성。
Objective To explore the effect of application of individualized nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From October 2012 to October 2014,142 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,71 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing, the observation group were treated with individual nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The regular medication,regular check,reasonable diet,and active exercise were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistic- aly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical compliance of patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
