目的:比较基因抗体免疫技术与传统疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效差异。方法将180例来我院就诊的初诊尖锐湿疣患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组采用冷冻疗法治疗,观察组则采用基因抗体免疫疗法治疗。比较两组间疗效差异及治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群变化。结果观察组治愈率为98.89%高于对照组的72.22%,观察组复发率为5.81%,低于对照组的35.38%(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,观察组CD4+百分比高于对照组,CD8+百分比则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用基因抗体免疫技术质量尖锐湿疣治愈率高、复发率低,还能有效改善机体的免疫能力,防止二次感染发生,疗效优于传统疗法。

Objective To compare the differences of the efifcacy of gene technology and traditional antibody in the treatment of CA.Methods180 patients with newly diagnosed CA in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and 90 cases in each group. The control group was taken with cryotherapy treatment, and the observation group was taken with gene antibody therapy. The differences of efficacy and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment for the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 98.89%, signiifcantly higher than the 72.22% in the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.81%, significantly lower than the 35.38% in the control group (P<0.05). The percentage of CD4+of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than the control group, CD8+ percentage was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe cure rate of the application of gene antibody technology in the treatment of CA is with high quality, low recurrence rate, but also effectively improve the immune capacity, prevent secondary infection, and its efifcacy is more effective than traditional therapies.
