Objective Research and analysis recombinant human urokinase for injection successful rescue of clinical significance intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 2 cases of typical acute myocardial infarction patients were chosen in July 2014 ~ July 2015 in our hospital, thrombolytic therapy were applied recombinant human urokinase for injection observe the rescue effect. Results Example 1: one week after the review of cardiac enzymes returned to normal. 12 days after the patient to a higher level hospital coronary angiography showed lesions showed mild stenosis, revascularization supply acceptable. Example 2: Review electrocardiogram showed sinus rhythm, V2~4 tall T wave has fallen close to normal, occasional room early. 4 days after coronary angiography mild stenosis diseased vessels, blood supply can still supply. Conclusion Recombinant human urokinase for injection intravenous thrombolysis for acute heart infarction, coronary artery occlusion can be quickly opened, prompting timely myocardial reperfusion, in order to facilitate the successful rescue of the lives of patients.
