目的:探讨尿液红细胞采用尿沉渣定量分析仪检测的临床检测效果。方法选取我院2013年10月至2014年10月收治的6000例住院患者作为研究对象,留取患者住院期间的晨尿,对其尿液中的红细胞数进行检测。检测方法分别采用显微镜法和贝克曼库尔特AU5800尿沉渣定量分析仪法。对比分析两种方法的检测结果,对尿液红细胞采用尿沉渣定量分析仪检测的效能作出评价。结果尿液红细胞检测结果参照显微镜检查结果,贝克曼库尔特AU5800尿沉渣定量分析仪检测尿液红细胞阳性率为35%,显微镜检查阳性率为31%,前者高于后者;两种方法的检测结果阳性符合率为64%,阴性符合率为92%。结论尿沉渣定量分析仪是一种快速筛查尿液红细胞的方法,可以在临床推广使用,但是其检测结果也受到多种因素的干扰因此还不能完全替代显微镜进行检测,可以作为临床过筛试验等的必备手段,有着较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying urinary sediment quantitative analyzer to detect red blood cells in urine.Methods 6000 cases treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research objects. And the early morning urine of the patients was reserved, and the red blood cells in urine were detected. The detection methods included applying microscope and applying Beckman Coulter AU5800 urinary sediment quantitative analyzer. The detection results of two methods were compared. And the effect of applying urinary sediment quantitative analyzer to detect red blood cells in urine was evaluated.Results The detection results of red blood cells in urine referred to the detection results of microscope. The positive rate of applying Beckman Coulter AU5800 urinary sediment quantitative analyzer was 35%, and that of applying microscope is 31%. The positive coincidence rate of two methods was 64%, and the negative coincidence rate was 92%.Conclusion Urinary sediment quantitative analyzer is a rapid method to detect red blood cells in urine, which can be applied and promoted in clinical practice. The detection results are interfered by many factors, so it can’t replace microscope to detect, and it can be used as the necessary means for clinical experiment, which has higher clinical application value.
