目的：探究老年肺结核患者应用抗肺结核药物治疗的临床观察。方法对我院2013年1月～2015年8月收治的60例老年肺结核患者采用抗肺结核药物治疗的临床效果进行研究，将所有患者分为对照组和观察组，对两组患者不同的治疗方法进行对比分析。结果由对比数据显示，观察组疾病改善情况优于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组肺部病灶吸收情况优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论由数据显示，采用抗肺结核药物治疗有较好的治疗效果。
목적：탐구노년폐결핵환자응용항폐결핵약물치료적림상관찰。방법대아원2013년1월～2015년8월수치적60례노년폐결핵환자채용항폐결핵약물치료적림상효과진행연구，장소유환자분위대조조화관찰조，대량조환자불동적치료방법진행대비분석。결과유대비수거현시，관찰조질병개선정황우우대조조，P＜0.05。관찰조폐부병조흡수정황우우대조조，P＜0.05。결론유수거현시，채용항폐결핵약물치료유교호적치료효과。
Objective To explore the clinical observation of the application of anti tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods60 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were treated by anti tuberculosis drugs in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015, and all patients were divided into control group and observation group.Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of disease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05. The absorption of lung lesions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionThe data show that the use of anti tuberculosis drugs in parallel in the treatment of better treatment effect.
