目的：分析新生儿肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的120例新生儿肺炎患者，将其对等分成对照组与观察组各60例，对照组应用盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗，观察组应用盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果对照组的总有效率为81.7%，观察组为93.3%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者的症状改善时间，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效优于盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗，安全性较高。
目的：分析新生兒肺炎應用鹽痠氨溴索治療的效果。方法迴顧性分析我院收治的120例新生兒肺炎患者，將其對等分成對照組與觀察組各60例，對照組應用鹽痠氨溴索靜脈滴註治療，觀察組應用鹽痠氨溴索霧化治療，對比兩組患者治療後的臨床效果。結果對照組的總有效率為81.7%，觀察組為93.3%，對比差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）；對比兩組患者的癥狀改善時間，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論鹽痠氨溴索霧化治療新生兒肺炎的療效優于鹽痠氨溴索靜脈滴註治療，安全性較高。
목적：분석신생인폐염응용염산안추색치료적효과。방법회고성분석아원수치적120례신생인폐염환자，장기대등분성대조조여관찰조각60례，대조조응용염산안추색정맥적주치료，관찰조응용염산안추색무화치료，대비량조환자치료후적림상효과。결과대조조적총유효솔위81.7%，관찰조위93.3%，대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；대비량조환자적증상개선시간，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론염산안추색무화치료신생인폐염적료효우우염산안추색정맥적주치료，안전성교고。
Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal pneumonia applies hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine.Methods 120 cases of neonatal pneumonia patients were analysed in our hospital, and the equivalence each 60 cases were divided into control group and observation group, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 81.7% in the control group and observation group was 93.3%, with statistical significance (P<0.05), the improvement of symptoms in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine cable atomization treatment the curative effect of neonatal pneumonia is better than that of hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine intravenous drip treatment, high security.
