目的：观察放血疗法结合火针治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择66例确诊的膝骨性关节炎患者，随机将其分为对照组33例和治疗组33例，对照组仅用放血疗法，治疗组放血疗法结合火针治疗。结果治疗组总的有效率93.94%，对照组总的有效率81.82%，两组疗效对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论放血疗法结合火针治疗膝骨性关节炎造成的膝局部酸痛、凉痛、肿胀、功能受限等疗效显著。具有操作简单方便，见效快，是较为理想的治疗方法。

목적：관찰방혈요법결합화침치료슬골성관절염적료효。방법선택66례학진적슬골성관절염환자，수궤장기분위대조조33례화치료조33례，대조조부용방혈요법，치료조방혈요법결합화침치료。결과치료조총적유효솔93.94%，대조조총적유효솔81.82%，량조료효대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론방혈요법결합화침치료슬골성관절염조성적슬국부산통、량통、종창、공능수한등료효현저。구유조작간단방편，견효쾌，시교위이상적치료방법。
ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture bloodletting therapy.Methods 66 cases diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were selected, randomly divide them into the control group of 33 cases and the treatment group of 33 cases, the control group only with bloodletting therapy, treatment group bloodletting therapy combined with ifre needle therapy.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, and the total effective rate was 81.82% in the control group, The difference of efifcacy between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Signiifcant effect of pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee caused by knee soreness, pain, cold, swelling, limited function, with the operation simple and convenient, quick, is the ideal treatment method.
