配网的电压合格率关系到电网的安全与经济运行,而无功补偿装置运行效果的好坏直接决定了系统电压的稳定和线路损耗的大小. 本项研究针对变电站、线路、配变三级,建立一套统筹管理的联调平台,最大程度地实现配网电压稳定、无功的分级治理、就地平衡效果.

The voltage qualified rate of distribution network is related to the safe and economical operation of power grid, and the operation effect of reactive power compensation equipments directly determines the stability of system voltage and the quantity of the line losses.This study focuses on the three levels of sub-station, line and distribution system, establishing an integrated adjustment platform for overall manage-ment, which can fully achieve the voltage stability, the multi-level control and on-site balancing of reac-tive power of distribution network.
