目的：观察盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液的局部毒性反应。方法兔耳血管刺激性试验、被动皮肤过敏试验和主动全身过敏试验。结果盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液（1.6 mg/mL）对兔耳血管无刺激性，主动全身过敏及被动皮肤过敏试验均为阴性。结论盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠局部无毒性。
目的：觀察鹽痠莫西沙星氯化鈉註射液的跼部毒性反應。方法兔耳血管刺激性試驗、被動皮膚過敏試驗和主動全身過敏試驗。結果鹽痠莫西沙星氯化鈉註射液（1.6 mg/mL）對兔耳血管無刺激性，主動全身過敏及被動皮膚過敏試驗均為陰性。結論鹽痠莫西沙星氯化鈉跼部無毒性。
목적：관찰염산막서사성록화납주사액적국부독성반응。방법토이혈관자격성시험、피동피부과민시험화주동전신과민시험。결과염산막서사성록화납주사액（1.6 mg/mL）대토이혈관무자격성，주동전신과민급피동피부과민시험균위음성。결론염산막서사성록화납국부무독성。
Objective To evaluate the local toxicity of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection.Methods Rabbit ear margin vein irritating test, Active Systemic Anaphylaxis and Passive Cutaneous Anaphylaxis.Results Moxilfoxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection did not stimuluate the rabbit ear vein and the results of Active Systemic Anaphylaxis and Passive Cutaneous Anaphylaxis were negative.Conclution Moxilfoxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection had no local toxicity response.
