在精益生产的理念驱动下,通过调查分析发现在实际生产中相同规格的织物品种,在不同工艺配置的喷气织机上织造的效率表现出了差异化。文章通过对织物品种与数量的配比分析,对增加综框数量、改变穿综方式、织机电能损耗等方面进行了研究,为进一步提高喷气织机的织造效率,提供了一定的参考依据。

Driven by the concept of lean production, a survey was conducted and by which we found out that in practical production, the weaving efficiency of fabric in same specifications varies according to different process configurations on air-jet loom. Based on analyzing the ratio of fabric variety and quantity, the paper made an approach to further improving the weaving efficiency of air-jet looms through increasing the number of heddle frame, changing the way of heddle drafting and reducing energy consumption of the loom.
