目的：探讨周围型小肺癌的多层螺旋CT征象及临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2015年2月17例周围型小肺癌患者的CT影像学资料，所有患者经手术或CT引导下穿刺病理证实。结果17例结节中，分叶10例，毛刺征12例，胸膜凹陷征8例，血管集束征3例，磨玻璃结节2例，7例增强病例，CT值增强幅度为12～43 HU。结论多层螺旋CT扫描对周围型小肺癌的定性诊断有较高的临床价值。
목적：탐토주위형소폐암적다층라선CT정상급림상진단개치。방법회고성분석2010년1월～2015년2월17례주위형소폐암환자적CT영상학자료，소유환자경수술혹CT인도하천자병리증실。결과17례결절중，분협10례，모자정12례，흉막요함정8례，혈관집속정3례，마파리결절2례，7례증강병례，CT치증강폭도위12～43 HU。결론다층라선CT소묘대주위형소폐암적정성진단유교고적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in peripheral small lung cancer.Methods CT imaging data of 17 patients with peripheral lung cancer from January 2010 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent surgery or CT guided biopsy.Results In 17 cases, cases were divided into 10 cases, 12 cases of burr sign, 8 cases of pleural indentation, 3 cases of blood vessel bundle, 2 cases of ground glass nodules, 7 cases with enhanced CT, and the value increased from 12 to 43 HU.Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT scan has a high clinical value in qualitative diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer.
