以配种时、妊娠第30天、妊娠第60天、妊娠第90天、妊娠第110天和断奶时等繁殖期为研究阶段, 运用B型超声仪测定7.5月龄以上大白后备母猪及其对应的二胎第10~11根肋骨间至背中线向两侧6.5 cm处背膘, 以探索繁殖期背膘水平和背膘变化与繁殖性能的关系. 试验结果表明,后备母猪配种时背膘大于15.0 mm时当胎分娩率极显著提高(P<0.01),妊娠第110天背膘为18.40 mm时窝产仔数最大,为10.80头,妊娠期内背膘增加小于3.5 mm时当胎窝产仔数和窝产活仔数极显著提高(P<0.01);哺乳期背膘损失小于3.0 mm时其对应的二胎总分娩率显著提高(P<0.05).因此,控制后备母猪妊娠期内背膘增加在3.5 mm以内、临产前背膘在18.40 mm左右以及当胎哺乳期背膘损失在3.0 mm以内有利于提高当胎及其二胎的繁殖性能.

When the 7.5 months or more Yorkshire gilts and the corresponding second parity sows respectively were in mating,pregnancy 30th days,pregnancy 60th days,pregnancy 90th days,pregnancy 110th days and weaning,the B type ultrasound was used to measure the backfat of the 10~11 rib between back from the middle to both sides for studying the relationship between the breeding stage backfat levels and gilts reproductive performance.This study results had the following:first of all,with the first mating backfat less than 15.0 mm,the farrowing rate increased very significantly(P<0.01);secondly,when the backfat of pregnancy 110th days was at 18.40 mm,the total litter size was highest,10.80 head;thirdly,once the backfat increased less than 3.5 mm duringpregnancy,the total litter size and the number of born alive were very significantly increased(P<0.01);fourthly,when the first parity backfat lost less than 3.0 mm during lactation,the second parity farrowing was significantly increased (P<0.05).Above,it is necessary to control the backfat that includes increasing less than 3.5 mm during pregnancy and losing less than 3.0 mm during first parity lactation and keeping at around 18.40 mm before delivery for improving the reproductive performance of the Yorkshire gilts and the second parity sows.
