马鞍山当涂发电有限公司1号锅炉空预器存在漏风率大的问题. A、B空气预热器的漏风率分别为14.5%和11.1%. 漏风率的增加,使烟气排烟容积流量增加、锅炉效率降低、风机电耗升高,导致机组供电煤耗上升. 利用机组有限的停备时间对空预器进行专项检查,查找问题并及时消缺,使得空预器漏风率降低且机组运行参数得到较大改善,提高了机组经济性能指标.

There are problems of air preheater higher air-leakage rate in Maanshan Dangtu Power Plant. The air-leakage rates are 14.5%and 11.1%of A and B air preheaters.The increase of air-leakage rate would lead to an increase of the fan consumption, decrease of the boiler efficiency.The special inspection is carried out when the power plant stops.The problems are found and solved.The air preheater air-leak-age rate reduces and the parameters of power plant are greatly improved.The measures improve the eco-nomic performance of power plant.
