备课是高校教师必备的能力之一。本文分析了传统备课中存在的一些弊端,并对如何有效备课进行了探讨,首先要提高思想认识,其次要钻研教材,了解学生,体现“授人以鱼”与“授人以渔”的统一,再者还要创新评价方式,促进学生全面发展。
備課是高校教師必備的能力之一。本文分析瞭傳統備課中存在的一些弊耑,併對如何有效備課進行瞭探討,首先要提高思想認識,其次要鑽研教材,瞭解學生,體現“授人以魚”與“授人以漁”的統一,再者還要創新評價方式,促進學生全麵髮展。

Prepare lessons is one of the essential ability to university teachers. This paper analyzes some disadvantages that existing in the traditional lessons, and discusses some effective strategies about how to effectively prepare lessons. First, the teachers have to improve their ideological understanding. Secondly they have to delve into teaching materials, try to understand students by various methods. Teachers need to embody the unity of “giving a person with the ifsh” and “teaching him to fish”. At last, teachers need to innovation evaluation ways in orde to promote students comprehensive development.
