目的：对脑电图检查在成人失神癫痫疾病诊断中的价值进行探讨。方法选取我院2010年2月～2015年2月所收治的84例成人失神癫痫患者作为对象，对其予以脑电图检查，且对其诊断情况进行观察与分析。结果15例为正常，非特异性异常16例，53例为痫样放电，总异常率为82.1%；43例临床发作（51.2%）；痫样放电所发生的时相为5例清醒期，27例睡眠期，21例清醒合并睡眠期；且睡眠期发生率高于清醒期、清醒合并睡眠期，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对成人失神癫痫采取脑电图检查，有比较高的异常率，是一种比较理想的成人失神癫痫的检查手段。
목적：대뇌전도검사재성인실신전간질병진단중적개치진행탐토。방법선취아원2010년2월～2015년2월소수치적84례성인실신전간환자작위대상，대기여이뇌전도검사，차대기진단정황진행관찰여분석。결과15례위정상，비특이성이상16례，53례위간양방전，총이상솔위82.1%；43례림상발작（51.2%）；간양방전소발생적시상위5례청성기，27례수면기，21례청성합병수면기；차수면기발생솔고우청성기、청성합병수면기，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대성인실신전간채취뇌전도검사，유비교고적이상솔，시일충비교이상적성인실신전간적검사수단。
Objective To explore the value of EEG in the diagnosis of disease in adult absence epilepsy.Methods 84 cases of adult absence epilepsy patients were chosen as the object in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2015, the be EEG examination and the diagnosis were observed and analyzed.Results In 15 cases, 16 cases were normal, 53 cases were abnormal, the total abnormal rate was 82.1%, 43 cases clinical seizures (51.2%), 5 cases were epilepsy, 27 cases of sleep period, 21 cases of awake and sleep period, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).ConclusionIn adult absence epilepsy electroencephalogram (EEG), have relatively high abnormal rate is a kind of ideal adult absence epilepsy was checked by means.
