目的:分析探讨血脂代谢紊乱与中青年脑梗死危险因素的相关性。方法选择我院收治的中青年脑梗死患者40例作为本次的实验组,收治时间为2013年3月~2014年4月,另选择同时期我院进行体检的40例健康人员作为对照组,对比分析两组的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、HDL-C、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A-I、载脂蛋白B100及脂蛋白(a)血清含量。结果实验组和对照组的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、HDL-C、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A-I、载脂蛋白B100及脂蛋白(a)血清含量存在明显的差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论血脂代谢紊乱是诱发中青年脑梗死疾病的危险因素,应引起相应的临床重视。

목적:분석탐토혈지대사문란여중청년뇌경사위험인소적상관성。방법선택아원수치적중청년뇌경사환자40례작위본차적실험조,수치시간위2013년3월~2014년4월,령선택동시기아원진행체검적40례건강인원작위대조조,대비분석량조적삼선감유、총담고순、HDL-C、LDL-C、재지단백A-I、재지단백B100급지단백(a)혈청함량。결과실험조화대조조적삼선감유、총담고순、HDL-C、LDL-C、재지단백A-I、재지단백B100급지단백(a)혈청함량존재명현적차이(P<0.05),차이구유통계학의의。결론혈지대사문란시유발중청년뇌경사질병적위험인소,응인기상응적림상중시。
Objective To investigate the correlation between lipid metabolic disorders and risk factors of cerebral infarction in young and middle-aged patients.Methods 40 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, treated time in March 2013 to April 2014, while the other patients were selected as the control group, the three groups were compared with two groups of 40 groups of HDL-C, total cholesterol, LDL-C, A-I, apolipoprotein B100, apolipoprotein and lipoprotein (a).Results In the experimental group and the control group, there were signiifcant differences in the contents of three glycerol, total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C , apolipoprotein A-I, apolipoprotein B100 and lipoprotein (a) (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Lipid metabolic disorder is a risk factor for cerebral infarction in young and middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction.
