目的：探讨保健院基本药物制度的落实情况。方法收集湖北省宜都市妇幼保健院2009年1—8月基本药物制度实施前、2010年1－8月基本药物制度初步实施中及2014年1—8月基本药物制度实施后抗菌药物总处方数、给药方式、联合用药资料，并统计患者平均门诊费用、平均住院费用、医疗总收入、药物总收入。结果2009、2010、2014年抗菌药物使用率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；给药方式由静脉给药向口服给药转移，联合用药中单独用药比例持续上升；口服给药率及单独用药率均呈递增趋势；2009、2010、2014年患者的平均门诊费用、平均住院费用均呈递减趋势，医疗总收入及药物收入均呈递增趋势。结论加强基本药物制度落实可在保证医疗机构经济效益稳定发展的前提下，提高用药合理性。
목적：탐토보건원기본약물제도적락실정황。방법수집호북성의도시부유보건원2009년1—8월기본약물제도실시전、2010년1－8월기본약물제도초보실시중급2014년1—8월기본약물제도실시후항균약물총처방수、급약방식、연합용약자료，병통계환자평균문진비용、평균주원비용、의료총수입、약물총수입。결과2009、2010、2014년항균약물사용솔차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；급약방식유정맥급약향구복급약전이，연합용약중단독용약비례지속상승；구복급약솔급단독용약솔균정체증추세；2009、2010、2014년환자적평균문진비용、평균주원비용균정체감추세，의료총수입급약물수입균정체증추세。결론가강기본약물제도락실가재보증의료궤구경제효익은정발전적전제하，제고용약합이성。
Objective To discuss the implementation of the basic drug system in the health care hospital.Methods Hubei Yidu City Maternal and child health care hospital from January 2009 to August 2009,the implementation of the basic drug system,in January 2010 to August,the basic drug system and the implementation of the basic drug system in January 2014 to August,the total number of antibiotics,drug delivery,combined drug information,and the averagecost of hospitalization,the average hospitalization expenses,medical expenses,total drug revenue.Results The use rate of antibacterial drugs in 2009,2010 and 2014 had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The dosage of the drug was administered oraly to oral administration.The proportion of combined medication was increased.The rate of oral administration and drug delivery rate were increased.The average hospitalization expenses and hospitalization expe- nses were decreased in 2009,2010 and 2014.Conclusion Strengthen the basic drug system in medical institutions can increase of rational drug use under the circumstance of ensuring the stable development of economic benefits.
