目的：探析及早护理干预对剖宫产术后产后腹胀的影响。方法选择2013年1月～2015年3月收治的126例剖宫产患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各63例。对照组给予传统护理，观察组在对照组的基础上及早给予护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后排气时间、排便时间均较对照组短，比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；观察组腹胀发生率较对照组低，比较差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论及早的给予剖宫产术后产妇合理的护理措施，排气时间、排便时间缩短，腹胀发生率降低。

목적：탐석급조호리간예대부궁산술후산후복창적영향。방법선택2013년1월～2015년3월수치적126례부궁산환자，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각63례。대조조급여전통호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상급조급여호리간예，비교량조호리효과。결과관찰조술후배기시간、배편시간균교대조조단，비교차이유통계학의의，P＜0.05；관찰조복창발생솔교대조조저，비교차이유통계학의의P＜0.05。결론급조적급여부궁산술후산부합리적호리조시，배기시간、배편시간축단，복창발생솔강저。
Objective Analysis of early nursing intervention on postpartum abdominal distention after cesarean section. Methods126 cases of cesarean section patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group January 2013 ~ March 2015, 63 cases each. The control group received conventional care, observation group given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group were compared nursing effect.ResultsObserved postoperative exhaust time, defecation time was signiifcantly shorter than the control group, the difference was signiifcantP<0.05, bloating observation group were signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was signiifcantP<0.05.Conclusion Early cesarean section to give reasonable maternal care measures, exhaust time, defecation time was significantly shortened significantly reduced the incidence of bloating.
