股动脉穿刺点止血法通常有三种:人工压迫止血法、止血敷料辅助人工压迫止血、机械压迫法及血管闭合器止血等。为了探讨经股动脉介入术后应用机械压迫止血器的安全性、有效性及临床应用价值。我们记录了在我院做经股动脉介入术的232例患者,132例用SUPER PRESSURE动脉压迫止血器进行体外压迫穿刺点止血(观察组),100例进行人工压迫止血(对照组)。记录止血操作时间、卧床时间、并发症及患者舒适度。比较两组止血时间、卧床时间、舒适度及血管并发症发生情况。观察组止血操作时间、卧床时间短于对照组,减轻了操作者及患者不适感。观察组的局部并发症和迷走神经反射也明显减少。综上所述,经皮股动脉介入后应用动脉压迫止血器止血安全有效,且缩短止血操作时间和卧床时间,不增加血管并发症。

Hemostatic methods commonly used for trans-femoral access include manual compression, mechanical compression device, vascular closure device etc. To evaluate the efifciency and safety of domestic artery compressor for percutaneous intervention by femoral approaches. 232 patients were received artery compressor group of 132 cases and manual compression group 100 cases after percutaneous intervention via femoral artery. The hemostatic time, inferior extremities braking time and the incidence of complications were assessed. The hemostatic time and inferior extremities braking time of artery compressor group were significantly shorter than that of manual compression group. Local complication of and vagal relfex of compressor group is less than that of manual compressions. After percutaneous intervention via femoral artery, the utility of artery compressor was a safe and effective alternative to manual compression for hemostasis with low incidence of local complication.
