目的：探讨胃食管反流病（GERD）患者长期抑酸治疗对维生素B12水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月青岛市中心医院收治的长期应用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）抑酸治疗的GERD患者50例作为观察组，另选取50例健康体检者为对照组，测定DERD患者治疗前、治疗后6、12、18及24个月后维生素B12水平，对照组同期采血化验。结果治疗24个月，观察组患者的维生素B12水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 GERD患者在抑酸治疗24个月后维生素B12水平明显下降，应注意检测维生素B12水平，以避免治疗过程中增加贫血及神经病变的风险。
목적：탐토위식관반류병（GERD）환자장기억산치료대유생소B12수평적영향。방법선취2013년1월지2014년1월청도시중심의원수치적장기응용질자빙억제제（PPI）억산치료적GERD환자50례작위관찰조，령선취50례건강체검자위대조조，측정DERD환자치료전、치료후6、12、18급24개월후유생소B12수평，대조조동기채혈화험。결과치료24개월，관찰조환자적유생소B12수평명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 GERD환자재억산치료24개월후유생소B12수평명현하강，응주의검측유생소B12수평，이피면치료과정중증가빈혈급신경병변적풍험。
Objective To investigate the effect of long-term anti acid treatment on the level of vitamin B12 in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods From January 2014 to January 2013,50 patients with GERDtreated by PPI were selected as observation group,50 healthy persons as control group,6 months after treatment, 12 months,18 months,and 24 months after B12.Results For 24 months,the levels of vitamin B12 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with GERD,the levels of vitamin B12 were decreased significantly after 24 months of treatment,and the levels of vitamin B12 should be detected to avoid the risk of increasing the risk of anemia and neuropathy in the course of treatment.
