目的：探讨厄贝沙坦联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗老年心房颤动患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1—12月在河南省平舆县人民医院就诊的老年心房颤动患者资料84例，按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，各42例。对照组患者口服酒石酸美托洛尔片，试验组患者在对照组基础上口服厄贝沙坦，比较两组患者的临床疗效、心房颤动发作次数及持续时间。结果试验组患者总有效率为90.5%，明显高于对照组的73.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者心房颤动发作次数明显少于对照组，持续时间明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论厄贝沙坦联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗老年心房颤动临床疗效明显，可避免或减少心房颤动发作。
목적：탐토액패사탄연합주석산미탁락이편치료노년심방전동환자적림상료효。방법선취2014년1—12월재하남성평여현인민의원취진적노년심방전동환자자료84례，안수궤수자표법장기분위시험조화대조조，각42례。대조조환자구복주석산미탁락이편，시험조환자재대조조기출상구복액패사탄，비교량조환자적림상료효、심방전동발작차수급지속시간。결과시험조환자총유효솔위90.5%，명현고우대조조적73.8%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；시험조환자심방전동발작차수명현소우대조조，지속시간명현단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론액패사탄연합주석산미탁락이편치료노년심방전동림상료효명현，가피면혹감소심방전동발작。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with atrial fibrilation.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,84 patients with atrial fibrilation were randomly divided into study group and control group by random digits table method,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oral times his Le Ke,the patients in the treatment group in the control group on the basis of oral administration of irbesartan,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,atrial fibrilation attack frequency and duration.Results Patients in the study group,the total efficiency was 90.5%,signif- icantly higher than that of 73.8% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);study group of patients with atrial fibrilation episodes was significantly less than that of the control group,duration was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with atrial fibrilation clinical curative effect,can avoid or reduce the onset of atrial fibrilation.
