目的：观察生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法收集2014年3月～2015年6月来我院就诊的复发性生殖器疱疹病例368例，随机分为两组，对照组167例，研究组201例。对照组采用常规治疗，研究组则加载生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗，比较两组间疗效及复发情况差异。结果经过治疗后研究组治愈率和总有效率高于对照组，皮损愈合时间、疼痛持续时间、瘙痒持续时间短于对照组，复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹，能有效缩短病程、降低复发率，临床有效率高达100.00%，解决了生殖器疱疹易复发的难题。
목적：관찰생물기인면역중소요법치료복발성생식기포진적료효。방법수집2014년3월～2015년6월래아원취진적복발성생식기포진병례368례，수궤분위량조，대조조167례，연구조201례。대조조채용상규치료，연구조칙가재생물기인면역중소요법치료，비교량조간료효급복발정황차이。결과경과치료후연구조치유솔화총유효솔고우대조조，피손유합시간、동통지속시간、소양지속시간단우대조조，복발솔저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론생물기인면역중소요법치료복발성생식기포진，능유효축단병정、강저복발솔，림상유효솔고체100.00%，해결료생식기포진역복발적난제。
Objective To observe the effect of biological gene immune remodeling therapy in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods 368 patients with recurrent genital herpes in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group consisted of 167 cases, the research group consisted of 201 cases, and the control group were treated with conventional treatment, the research group were treated with biological gene immune remodeling therapy based on the basic treatment, then the effect and recurrence status of two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and efifciency rate of research group after the treatment were signiifcantly higher than those of control group, the healing time of skin lesions, durante dolors and itch duration were significantly shorter than those of control group, the recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of biological gene immune remodeling therapy in the patientsof recurrent genital herpes can effectively shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence rate, the clinical efifciency is 100.00%, so it solves the problem of the easy recurrence of genital herpes.
