Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid%DLY%intramuscular fat content%leptin
为了解川藏黑猪和杜长大猪血清中瘦素的发育性变化,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测不同体重梯度(90 kg、110 kg和130 kg)的川藏黑猪和杜长大猪血清中瘦素的含量,并分析了其与肌内脂肪含量的关系. 结果表明,川藏黑猪在90 kg、110 kg和130 kg体重时血清中瘦素含量分别为1 106.39 ng/L、1 168.04 ng/L和1 146.10 ng/L, 肌内脂肪含量分别为3.72%、4.41%和4.96%;杜长大猪在90 kg、110 kg和130 kg体重时血清中瘦素含量分别为1 032.52 ng/L、1 002.24 ng/L和1 006.96 ng/L,肌内脂肪含量分别为2.00%、2.50%和2.61%. 90 kg、110 kg和130 kg体重时川藏黑猪肌内脂肪含量显著或极显著高于杜长大猪. 血清中瘦素含量,在品种内不同体重梯度间差异均不显著(P>0.05);不同猪种间,90 kg梯度两猪种间差异不显著,110 kg、130 kg梯度川藏黑猪均极显著高于杜长大猪(P<0.01). 相关性分析显示, 瘦素含量与肌内脂肪含量成极显著正相关(P<0.01),表明瘦素可能通过血液对猪肌内脂肪的沉积进行调控.

In this article,Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid and DLY pigs of 3 weights(90 kg/110 kg/130 kg) were selected to investigate the developmental changes of leptin content in serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),their relationship with intramuscular fat content were also analyzed.The results showed that the leptin content of Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid of 90 kg,110 kg,130 kg bodyweight were 1 106.39 ng/L, 1 168.04 ng/L and 1 146.10 ng/L respectively,and IMF content respectively were 3.72%,4.41% and 4.96%;leptin content of DLY pigs were 1 032.52 ng/L,1 002.24 ng/L and 1 006.96 ng/L respectively,while IMF content respectively were 2.00%,2.50%and 2.61%.IMF content of Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid of different weights were both sig-nificant higher than DLY pigs.There was no significant difference in leptin content of different weight of the same breed(P>0.05).The leptin content of Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid were both significant higher than DLY pigs of 110 kg and 130 kg(P<0.01),but no significant difference at 90 kg(P>0.05).Relevance analysis showed that leptin contenthad a significant positive correlation (P<0.01) with the intramuscular fat content,which prompt that leptin may regulatethe deposition of intramuscular fat through blood.
