目的：分析心理护理在助产过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院收治的产妇178例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理，比较分析两组产妇的护理效果与护理满意度。结果观察组的护理效果比对照组好，差异有统计学意义；观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论在助产过程中对产妇进行心理护理干预，能有效改善护理效果，提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological care in midwifery process.Methods 178 cases of mothers for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group in our hospital, the control group received routine care, psychological care in observation group received usual care on the basis of a comparative analysis of the two groups of maternal care beneifts nursing satisfaction. ResultsNursing observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant, the observation group was signiifcantly higher satisfaction with care, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the course of midwifery care on maternal psychological intervention can improve care benefits, improve nursing satisfaction with clinical value.
