针对模拟集成电路设计中设计周期长、参数复杂且精度低等问题,提出了一种智能算法——遗传算法.通过对模拟集成电路中二级运算放大电路的设计,运用遗传算法对其电路的各个性能指标进行了优化分析,有效地提高了各性能指标.该优化方法对模拟集成电路进行优化设计,并且基于Hspice仿真结果与实际电路设计非常接近,具有很高的实用价值.

In view of the problem of design cycle length, complex parameters and low accuracy in Analog IC design, an intelligent algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed. Through the operational amplifier circuit of the analog integrated circuit design, using the genetic algorithm to the circuit of each performance index, the optimization analysis, effectively improve the performance of various indicators. The optimization method to optimize the design of analog integrated circuits, and based on the Hspice simulation results, and very close to the actual circuit design, has the very high practical value.
