目的：探讨胆结石患者围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年3月在我院进行手术的70例胆结石患者，根据围手术期护理方式的不同将其分为两组，对照组35例患者采取围手术期常规护理，实验组35例患者采取围手术期优质护理。观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的护理有效率为97.1%，满意度为94.3%；对照组患者的护理有效率为74.2%，满意度为71.4%，实验组的护理有效率和满意度都高于对照组，两组患者的围手术期护理效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对胆结石围手术期患者采取优质护理可以有效的提升治疗的质量，并且满意度较高。
목적：탐토담결석환자위수술기적호리방법급효과。방법수집2014년1월～2015년3월재아원진행수술적70례담결석환자，근거위수술기호리방식적불동장기분위량조，대조조35례환자채취위수술기상규호리，실험조35례환자채취위수술기우질호리。관찰병대비량조환자적호리효과。결과실험조적호리유효솔위97.1%，만의도위94.3%；대조조환자적호리유효솔위74.2%，만의도위71.4%，실험조적호리유효솔화만의도도고우대조조，량조환자적위수술기호리효과차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대담결석위수술기환자채취우질호리가이유효적제승치료적질량，병차만의도교고。
Objective Perioperative care method and its effect on patients with gallstones were to be studied.Methods 70 gallstones patients were given surgical treatment in hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 and separate them into groups according to different care methods during perioperative period, 35 patients in control group are given perioperative conventional care, while 35 patients in study group are given perioperative high quality care and then observe and compare care effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy is 97.1% and patients’ satisfaction rate is 94.3% in study group, which are much better than treatment efifcacy of 74.2% and satisfaction rate of 71.4% in control group, there is a caring differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of the treatment of patients with gallstones, and higher satisfaction.
