目的：探究产后出血人员应采取的护理措施及效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年5月收治的71例产后出血的患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组40例选择综合护理，对照组31例患者进行常规的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组满意度为95.0%，对照组满意度为80.65%，实验组患者的护理满意度更高，而且24 h内的出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论产后出血患者经过综合的优质护理后，可提高抢救效果，减少出血量，有助于产妇产后的身体恢复，提高满意度。
목적：탐구산후출혈인원응채취적호리조시급효과。방법선취2014년2월～2015년5월수치적71례산후출혈적환자진행호리，수궤분조，실험조40례선택종합호리，대조조31례환자진행상규적호리간예，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과실험조만의도위95.0%，대조조만의도위80.65%，실험조환자적호리만의도경고，이차24 h내적출혈량소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론산후출혈환자경과종합적우질호리후，가제고창구효과，감소출혈량，유조우산부산후적신체회복，제고만의도。
Objective Nursing method and its effect on patients of postpartum hemorrhage are to be studied.Methods 71 patients of postpartum hemorrhage were received and treated in hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 and separate them into groups at random, 40 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing, while 31 patients in control group are given conventional nursing, and then compare nursing effects between two groups.ResultsPatients’ satisfaction rate in study group is 95.0%, which is much higher than 80.65% in control group; besides, patients’ hemorrhage amount within 24 hours is less than that in control group, there is a nursing differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive high quality nursing is of efifcacy in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, it is conducive to reducing patients’ hemorrhage, promoting patients’ recovery and increasing patients’ satisfaction with treatment.
