文章采用基于图像处理的方法,对采集图像进行光线补偿及直方图均衡化,均衡化后图像的对比度有了显著提升、图像边界的清晰度了很大的改善.对于处理后的图像利用Roberts算子提取其边缘,利用Hough变换实现转子的中心定位及半径的确定.根据上述方法进行了设计4mm空心杯马达转子圆度判定软件设计.实际应用表明,该方法可以有效地确定转子的圆度.

Two methods of image processing: light compensation and histogram equalization are used to process images, which have greatly improved the image contrast and the clarity of image boundary. Then the Roberts operator is used to extract the edge of the processed images, and the Hough transform is used to position the center and determine the radius. The software design of the 4mm-hollow-cup motor rotor roundness determination is conducted based on the approach mentioned above. Practical application shows that the approach can effectively determine the rotor roundness.
