The article is to summarize the nursing experience of 1 cases of patients with prolapse of peritoneal dialysis catheter, we mainly describe the article from four aspects respectively: health education, psychological nursing, disease observation and catheter nursing. Through timely and correct treatment, there were no catheter-related inlfammation. This indicate that the correct nursing of prolapse of peritoneal dialysis catheter is the key to prevent PD related inlfammation.
