目的通过对全自动Ⅴ型微板法检测ABO、RhD血型的一次性判读结果和可疑结果确证后进行统计分析,探讨全自动Ⅴ型微板法检测ABO、RhD血型的可靠性和实用性.方法选取我站2013年10月至2014年1月共计27825份无偿献血者标本,对Ⅴ型微板法检测ABO、RhD血型的一次性判读结果及可疑结果确证后进行数据统计和结果分析.结果 27825例无偿献血者ABO、RhD血型标本用Ⅴ型微板法同时进行检测,ABO血型一次性判读正确率99.90％,RhD血型一次性确认正确率99.98％.结论全自动Ⅴ型微板法同时检测ABO、RhD血型,准确率高,可靠性强,适合于血站大批量血型检测工作.

Objective Through automatic Ⅴ-type microplate method to detect ABO and RhD blood group disposable interpretation of the results and questionable results confirmed for statistical analysis of automatic Ⅴ-type microplate method to detect ABO and RhD blood group reliability and practicability.Methods A total of 27,825 blood donation in our station from October 2013 to January 2014 were selected.Through Ⅴ-type microplate method, detected ABO and RhD blood group disposable interpretation of the results and questionable results confirmed for statistical data and results.Results 27,825 cases of free blood donors ABO, RhD blood group samples with Ⅴ-type microplate method at the same time to detect, the correct rate of one-time interpretation of ABO blood type was 99.90％, one-time confirmation rate of RhD blood group was 99.98％.Conclusion Automatic Ⅴ-type microplate method for simultaneous detection of ABO and RhD blood group has high accuracy and reliability, suitable for large quantities of blood testing work.
