目的:探讨PBL教学模式联合流程演练在急诊临床实习中的应用效果。方法选择2014年9月~2015年7月临床实习的急诊科学生60例,全部学生均采用PBL教学模式联合流程演练进行课堂授课,利用技能操作考试、答卷考试、培训前后的问卷调查来评价教学效果。结果利用PBL教学模式联合流程演练进行急诊临床实习教学,对急诊常用临床技能进行培训后,全部学生都掌握了心肺复苏术,全部学生均通过实际操作考核。大部分学生认为PBL教学模式联合流程演练能有效形成临床思维,大部分学生认为该教学模式能让自身的学习兴趣提高,学生的实际操作能力得到了有效提升。结论在急诊临床实习中,应用PBL教学模式联合流程演练能让学生有效掌握基本技能和基础理论,激发学生的学习兴趣,同时有效结合理论和实践,有效提高学生的实践能力和急诊思维能力。
目的:探討PBL教學模式聯閤流程縯練在急診臨床實習中的應用效果。方法選擇2014年9月~2015年7月臨床實習的急診科學生60例,全部學生均採用PBL教學模式聯閤流程縯練進行課堂授課,利用技能操作攷試、答捲攷試、培訓前後的問捲調查來評價教學效果。結果利用PBL教學模式聯閤流程縯練進行急診臨床實習教學,對急診常用臨床技能進行培訓後,全部學生都掌握瞭心肺複囌術,全部學生均通過實際操作攷覈。大部分學生認為PBL教學模式聯閤流程縯練能有效形成臨床思維,大部分學生認為該教學模式能讓自身的學習興趣提高,學生的實際操作能力得到瞭有效提升。結論在急診臨床實習中,應用PBL教學模式聯閤流程縯練能讓學生有效掌握基本技能和基礎理論,激髮學生的學習興趣,同時有效結閤理論和實踐,有效提高學生的實踐能力和急診思維能力。
목적:탐토PBL교학모식연합류정연련재급진림상실습중적응용효과。방법선택2014년9월~2015년7월림상실습적급진과학생60례,전부학생균채용PBL교학모식연합류정연련진행과당수과,이용기능조작고시、답권고시、배훈전후적문권조사래평개교학효과。결과이용PBL교학모식연합류정연련진행급진림상실습교학,대급진상용림상기능진행배훈후,전부학생도장악료심폐복소술,전부학생균통과실제조작고핵。대부분학생인위PBL교학모식연합류정연련능유효형성림상사유,대부분학생인위해교학모식능양자신적학습흥취제고,학생적실제조작능력득도료유효제승。결론재급진림상실습중,응용PBL교학모식연합류정연련능양학생유효장악기본기능화기출이론,격발학생적학습흥취,동시유효결합이론화실천,유효제고학생적실천능력화급진사유능력。
Objective To study the process of PBL joint application effect of exercise in clinical practice in the emergency department.Methods 60 cases of students in emergency clinical practice September 2014 ~ July 2015, all the students are using the process of PBL joint exercises conducted classroom instruction, the use of skills to operate the exam, answer sheet exam, questionnaires before and after training to evaluate teaching effect.Results Use of PBL joint process carried out emergency drills in clinical practice teaching, after emergency common clinical skills training, all students have mastered the CPR, all students have passed the practical examination. Most students think that the process of PBL joint exercises effective to form clinical thinking, most of the students believe that the teaching mode which can increase their interest in learning, the students' practical ability has been effectively improved.Conclusion Clinical practice in the emergency department, the application of PBL joint process allows students to effectively exercise basic skills and basic theory, stimulate students 'interest in learning, while efifciently combining theory and practice, improve students' practical ability and thinking ability of emergency.
