Social service ability is one of the important functions of vocational colleges in China to-day .Scientific and reasonable evaluation of their social service quality is helpful to guide them to allo-cate education resources more rationally ,regulate the construction direction ,get close to the social de-mand and exert their service function into full play .In a word ,establishing an effective evaluation sys-tem for the quality of the social service ability of vocational colleges has important practical significance .
