医学教学中的基础理论具有复杂性，单纯的理论教学难以使学生对知识融会贯通。医学是一门实践性较强的学科，学生很难在单纯的理论教学中吸取精华，将所学知识投入到临床实践中，因此为了培养综合型的医学人才，应当将基础理论与临床实习相结合，将临床实习作为教学的重点内容，提高学生的实践操作能力。本文将对教学中基础理论与临床结合的现状进行分析，然后提出推动基础理论与临床相结合的途径。
醫學教學中的基礎理論具有複雜性，單純的理論教學難以使學生對知識融會貫通。醫學是一門實踐性較彊的學科，學生很難在單純的理論教學中吸取精華，將所學知識投入到臨床實踐中，因此為瞭培養綜閤型的醫學人纔，應噹將基礎理論與臨床實習相結閤，將臨床實習作為教學的重點內容，提高學生的實踐操作能力。本文將對教學中基礎理論與臨床結閤的現狀進行分析，然後提齣推動基礎理論與臨床相結閤的途徑。

Medical teaching basic theory is complex, difficult to make a simple theory of teaching students knowledge mastery. Medicine is a practical strong discipline, it’s dififcult for students to learn from the best in purely theoretical teaching, will learn the knowledge into clinical practice, so in order to cultivate a comprehensive medical personnel, should be the basis of a combination of theory and clinical practice, clinical practice as a key content of teaching, improve students' practical ability. The paper will be teaching basic theory and clinical status of binding were analyzed and proposed ways to promote the basic theory and clinical combination.
