噪声是当今社会的四大公害之一.人们把噪声叫做"隐形杀手".许多国家都在大力开展 ,噪声控制的研究工作 ,现在已经形成一门新的学科 ,叫做"噪声控制学".噪声充斥在人们生产和生活的环境中 ,文章重点就广泛在轮胎制造厂使用的钢丝帘布剪切机的噪声问题 ,进行分析及探讨.此类冲剪设备通常噪声较大 ,噪声一直是困扰研发人员的难题 ,如何防治、控制和降低噪声 ,减轻对操作工人的身心伤害 ,成为我们为之不断研究及改进的目标和方向.

Noise is one of the four major hazards in today's society .People call noise "invisible killer" .In many countries ,the research of noise control is vigorously developing and has now formed a new discipline called"noise contrology" .Noise exists in people's production and living environment ,the article mainly talked about the noise of steel wire cord fabric shear machine which is widely used in tyre manufacturing factory .Such kind of punching and shearing equipment generally have high noise and this has been a problem for people doing research and development .So how to prevent ,control and re-duce the noise ,how to reduce its harm on operator's physical and mental health become our goal and di-rection that needs continuously research and improvement .
