This paper using "livestock production process information" as a starting point, studying the key technologies for the quality and safety of dairy traceability, adopting technology integration and data sharing to form an information service syste mcould adapt to the government administration and production progress. Dairy quality and safety traceability system based on GS1 system coding system, using three types of back yards including common back yards, link back yards and consumers query back yards. It covering the entire raw material supply chain, from processing materials and primary packag-ing materials to the final consumer. It provides demonstration effect for improve industry competitiveness and sustainable de-velopment of animal husbandry in Henan Province.
