本文试图建立一个有调节的中介模型,通过对国内多家不同类型的企业的210名员工进行问卷调查,采用相关和层级回归的方式探究绩效工资强度与员工薪酬满意度之间的影响效应,研究结果表明员工绩效工资强度与薪酬满意度之间呈显著正相关关系,绩效工资强度经过绩效薪酬知觉对薪酬满意度的中介效应的后半路径受到员工层级的调节。
本文試圖建立一箇有調節的中介模型,通過對國內多傢不同類型的企業的210名員工進行問捲調查,採用相關和層級迴歸的方式探究績效工資彊度與員工薪酬滿意度之間的影響效應,研究結果錶明員工績效工資彊度與薪酬滿意度之間呈顯著正相關關繫,績效工資彊度經過績效薪酬知覺對薪酬滿意度的中介效應的後半路徑受到員工層級的調節。

T his paper tries to establish a mediation model of regulation .By conducting a questionnaire survey of 210 employees in many different types of companies and with the method of correlation and hierarchical regression ,this paper explores the effect between intensity of performance‐related pay and employee compensation satisfaction .The result shows that the strength of the employee performance salary and compensation satisfaction are positively related .And the intermediary effect of the merit pay strength on pay satisfaction through performance pay perception is adjusted by the employee level .
