采用正交试验设计,研究遮阳、施肥对小省藤苗期生长的影响,结果表明,(1)遮阳和施肥的交互作用对小省藤地径和苗高有一定的影响,但影响不显著;(2)在因素主次方面,遮阳度(A)对地径、苗高的影响最大,施肥[尿素(C)]次之,而施肥[过磷酸钙(B)]对地径、苗高生长均有抑制作用;(3)综合各因素水平对小省藤苗生长指标的影响,确定的最佳组合为A2 B1 C2,即75﹪的遮阳度、施用20 g尿素、不施用过磷酸钙组合。

채용정교시험설계,연구차양、시비대소성등묘기생장적영향,결과표명,(1)차양화시비적교호작용대소성등지경화묘고유일정적영향,단영향불현저;(2)재인소주차방면,차양도(A)대지경、묘고적영향최대,시비[뇨소(C)]차지,이시비[과린산개(B)]대지경、묘고생장균유억제작용;(3)종합각인소수평대소성등묘생장지표적영향,학정적최가조합위A2 B1 C2,즉75﹪적차양도、시용20 g뇨소、불시용과린산개조합。
The effect of shade and fertilizer on Calamus gracilis were analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The re-sults showed that the interaction of shading and fertilization have some impacts on seedling height and ground diam-eter of Calamus gracilis, but not significant; Shade was the key positive factor, urea was the secondary positive factor, and calcium superphosphate was negative factor.The best combination of all these factors was A2 B1 C2 , namely shade with 75 %, urea with 20 g and without calcium superphosphate.
