硒元素是人体必需的微量矿物质元素，摄入富硒食品能够有效地改善硒元素缺乏人群的健康状况。陕西省安康市富硒食品产业具有显著的地区特点。本文通过对安康富硒食品文化的研究，总结了安康富硒食品的发展历史。同时，调研了当地富硒食品产业链的相关企业、产品分布及发展现状。安康市富硒食品企业共有127家，其中97家销售额达到500万元以上，占企业数的76.4％；安康地区富硒食品种类涉及80余种食品，以农产品为主。本文分析了安康富硒食品产业在企业管理及产品推广方面存在的问题，为当地富硒食品企业内部改革和政府进一步推动富硒食品产业发展工作提出了建设性意见，研究结果将对安康地区富硒食品产业的发展、富硒食品品牌建设和文化价值延伸起到推动作用。

Selenium is one of the essential mineral elements for human body . Consumption of selenium‐rich food can effectively improve the health of selenium deficiency group .Selenium rich food industry in Ankang , Shanxi has demonstrated significant regional characteristics . By conducting researches of the industry and relevant local enterprises ,this paper summarizes its history of development and presents the development of the local selenium‐rich food industry .Among the 127 selenium enriched food enterprises in the region ,76 .4% of the companies (or 97companies ) have annual sales over 5 million Yuan .There are over 80 different types of selenium‐rich food in the region ,primarily agriculture products .However ,these enterprises have met with problems in the areas of management and product marketing .This paper proposes relevant solutions to help the enterprises to overcome their problems .
