从二次设备检修的成本构成出发，提出一种计及应急成本的电气二次设备检修策略优化方法。考虑到实际检修计划的波动性，引入应急成本的概念并提出其量化表达式，进而构建二次设备的检修成本模型和故障风险成本模型。以综合成本最小为优化目标确定检修时间，尽可能地降低二次设备的检修成本和因不合理检修可能导致的故障风险，使得二次设备安全可靠运行，实现对二次设备检修决策的优化。通过算例分析，验证了该文方法的有效性。

Based on the cost constitution of secondary equipment maintenance,a method for opti-mizing the maintenance strategy that considered the electrical secondary equipments'emergency costs was proposed in this paper.Considering the fluctuation of the practical maintenance plan, the definition of emergency cost was introduced and its quantified expression was put forward, then the repair cost model and failure risk cost model were established.Regarding the minimum comprehensive cost as the optimization objective to confirm the maintenance time,the repair cost and the failure risk caused by improper maintenance were reduced,which can make the secondary equipments operating safely and reliably,and realized the optimization of maintenance decision. The testing results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
