文章在分析太阳能控制器充电回路原理与常用电路的基础上,提出了一种新型互补对称MOS电路,并利用Cadence软件模拟其在太阳能电池充电的过程,使得充电回路的性能与功耗都得到了改善。

Based on an analysis of the charging circuit principle and routine circuits of the solar controller, this article attempts to design a complementary-symmetry MOS circuit as well as simulates the process of charg-ing the solar cells via Cadence software, which is expected to improve the performance of and reduce the energy consumption of the charging circuit.
