针对传统称重系统中,部分物料滞留于半空无法计算,从而导致精度差的问题,设计了一种基于AVR单片机的定量称重系统。该系统采用先称后装的方式加载物料,通过控制电磁阀的开度及动作控制产品包装的重量。文章设计的定量称重系统结构简单、成本较低,相关电路的实验结果表明,称重精度得到显著提高,系统运行稳定,效果显著。

In traditional weighing system ,part of the material stranded in mid -air can not be calcu-lated, which leads to low accuracy .Aiming at the above problem , a weighing system based on AVR mi-crocontroller is designed .The product packaging weight is controlled through opening and motion of the solenoid valve .The way of loading material is scaling after weighting .The designed quantitative weighing system is simple and low cost .Experimental results show that weighing accuracy has been significantly improved , the system is stable , and effect is significant .
