目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)对白细胞介素35 (IL-35)表达的影响.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测108例乙型肝炎患者和115例健康对照者IL-35的血清含量,将HBV感染性克隆pHBV1.3转染THP-1细胞,采用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)及ELISA检测细胞IL-35 mRNA及蛋白的表达.结果 HBV患者IL-35血清水平明显高于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),THP-1细胞转染pHBV1.3后IL-35mRNA及蛋白的表达升高.结论 HBV能够上调IL-35的表达.

Objective To oexplore the effect of hepatitis B virus (HBV) on the expression of interleukin 35 (IL-35). Methods Serum levels of IL-35 in 108 patients of HBV and 115 healthy controls were measured by en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HBV infectious clone pHBV1.3 was transfected into HepG2 cells. RT-PCR and ELISA were used to measure the expression of mRNA and protein. Results Serum level of IL-35 was significantly higher in HBV patients as compared with healthy controls (P<0.05). Expression of IL-35 mRNA and pro-tein were elevated with pHBV1.3 transfected. Conclusion HBV can upregulate the expression of IL-35.
