为解决木塑复合材料( WPC)蠕变检测耗时久、效率低的难题,以图形化编程语言LabVIEW为软件开发平台,利用研华数据采集卡、位移传感器等搭建硬件平台,采用三点弯曲蠕变试验方法,实现了多通道检测的数据采集、存储和显示,设计了一套多通道蠕变检测系统。试验结果表明,本系统采集到的蠕变实验数据的准确性较高,可以实现同时多个试样的蠕变性能检测,这为木塑复合材料的蠕变性能的研究进度提供了有利的实验条件保障。该系统不仅测量直观,操作简单易行,而且大大提高了蠕变检测的效率。

A multi-channel creep detection system was invented to tackle with the time-consuming and low efficien-cy of WPC creep detecting, graphical programming language LabVIEW was used as software development platform, and Yanhua data acquisition card and displacement sensors were utilized.To achieve a multi-channel detection of data acquisition, storage and display, three-point bending creep test method was also adopted.The results showed that the accuracy of the creep experimental test was quite high, which could achieve creep testing of several sam-ples at the same time and lay a firm foundation of the advanced research of WPC creeping testing.This system is easy to operate with high efficiency on creep testing.
