在第4次全国中药资源调查的基础上,以海南西南部乐东县50种国家重点药用植物为对象,基于2×2联列表,应用X2统计量、联结系数AC和共同出现百分率PC为参数,研究分析了频度≥0.054的50种重点药用植物的种间联结性特征。结果表明,在50个物种组成的1225个种对中, X2检验有436对表现为正关联,有789对表现为负关联,0对无关联,正负关联比为0.5526。其中仅有35个种对表现显著或极显著正关联,有1个种对表现显著负关联。在1225个种对中,大多数种对联结关系未达到显著水平,种对间联结性较弱。由于药用植物分布分散、人为干扰导致生境破碎化,共同出现于同一样地的机会比较少,导致了种间联结的松散性。通过种间联结性研究,可为将来保护这些药用植物提供理论依据。

50 kinds of key medicinal plants from Le dong county based on The Fourth National Medicine Resources survey were studied.By 2 ×2 contingency tables of species presence/absence data, a series of parameters inclu-ding X2 test, percentage of co-occurrence ( PC) and association coefficient ( AC) were used to analyze the charac-teristics of inter-specific associations among these key medicinal plants.The results showed that there were 436 pairs with positive correlation, 789 pairs with negative correlation, and 0 pairs with no correlation among the 1 225 species pairs;the ratios of positive and negative correlations were 0.552 6;the X2 test indicated only 35 significant-ly or very significantly positive correlation pairs and 1 significantly negative correlation pairs. The conclusion showed that there were no significant or only low correlation among the most of 1 225 species pairs.Only few me-dicinal plants were discovered in the same plot because of the widely distribution of medicinal plants in the nature and fragmentation of habitat by disturbance of humans.The results of the inter-specific association study could laid theoretical foundation for protecting these medicinal plants.
